People and staff were great!
The Oaks at Plainfield is a beautiful Independent Living community for our seniors! There are so many amenities that are provided for the seniors like meals, utilities, activities and so much more!
The facility is clean however, some of the staffs are so unprofessional. Last week Tuesday, I was there and a male staff was so disrespectful to some of the residents and same thing happened today. Brittany one of the staff had organized what she themed a party however, it was chaotic. She place a long table across the entrance where one of the residents on walker tripped over the table, she threw one of the Christmas hat at a resident while forcing some other residents to put on their hat for a photo disrespectfully.
