Way overpriced for what you get. Recently experienced how they value money over ensuring resident satisfaction. Lived here for over 3 years and was treated like just another dollar sign. Editing to add- our building constantly smells like weed due to people smoking inside and on balconies. People let their dogs out off-leash constantly, and there is dog poop every where you walk. This review is long overdue, but I loved our experience here! We lived here from May 2024-May 2025, and the only reason we did not renew our lease was because we bought a house. Rent was a little high, but I had no issue with everything included, we had a 1 bed + den for 2 adults and an infant. Our leasing agent was kind and helpful, they were welcoming and we got a tour same day I inquired. Maintenance was quick, friendly, and respectful. Toured them couple months ago, loved the apartment. But GOODLUCK trying to get a tour now. If you're only available on the weekends they do not bother to work with you to set up an appointment for the weekends, even though it says they are open on Saturdays. I understand you're "short staffed'' but try to work with someone at least. & whenever they say "I'll get back to you" good luck. If you set up an appointment they'll cancel it without telling you why. This type of "professionalism" made me no longer interested.
Absolutely loved my 2 year stay at the Oaks at Lakeview! Very kind and well responsive crew working all around that cares for their tenants
The apartment itself isn't bad, but they are robbing you blind with how much rent is and it just keeps going up and up. Try to find somewhere else!
