Deeply Disappointed by Unprofessional Conduct at The Oaks at Kelly Park I recently visited The Oaks at Kelly Park community and was treated in an unprofessional and discriminatory manner by the sales consultants on site. When I entered, one consultant (Emily Ventura) greeted me politely, but the male consultant nearby immediately closed his door and gave me a disgusted look. Took my little daughter for the first time to trick or treating today, it was a blast; so much candy for the rest of the year though.
We closed on our house in June and would not recommend Toll Brothers after the experience we have had over the last 4 months. Do not make the mistake of closing on your house until you get a third party inspector and ensure that Toll Brothers actually resolves every single issue. We had two outside inspections, and we were told any items not resolved prior to closing would be handled through the Toll Brothers warranty.
