now that my brother is gone I feel as though I can freely say what needs to be said. first of all let me thank tegas and Hope for all they've done. it takes alot of complaining to get help from anyone here. after complaining so many times it gets so frustrating. The kitchen is egregious at best. The nutritional value of the food my brother recieved was non existent. didn't give him vegetables with his meals. sent food on his list of dint likes. gave him left over dinners twice. Big FAIL for this place. My mother, Shirley Shaver, was a resident for about 5 years. She died this week. This place basically shut me out of my mother's life. Little to no contact with staff regarding my mom's condition. Didn't even bother to tell me they had sent her to the ER. The social worker won't return e-mail messages or phone calls. THE FAMILY OF A RESIDENT ARE ALSO CUSTOMERS. I AM VERY, VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS FACILITY.
