My mother was a patient at The Oaks during the height of the pandemic. The care , communication, and professionalism of the entire staff could not have been better or any more caring. It was a very difficult time for our family since we couldn't visit her during that time. The staff made sure we heard from them daily and they provided updates on her during her recovery. Terrible place, had my mother there for post stroke care. Not only do these people not return calls, it was almost impossible to get an update on my mother. Could not get an update the first 24 hours, I had to wait 3 days. Pulled her out ASAP. The most inconsiderate and unprofessional people, especially with COVID 19, you would think they would know better. Don't even look into the place based on stars with medicare.

Cathy Gonzalez the unit RN is so horrible. She is hostile and rude to patients and families during difficult times in their lives! Don’t be working in a place like this if you do not have the capacity for empathy!!
