Very quiet. No issues whatsoever. I had to move from my home and this is the best place we could find. There are rules and regulations that many tenants do not follow.
Ok. For the price, this place is fantastic. For the most part, the neighbors are quiet and respectful. So long as you take care of your home and lot, dealing with management is a breeze. We pay for landscaping ($40 mandatory) but they do an excellent job. The pool is nice kept very clean and usually not too crowded. All in all, for the money, you can’t beat it!
