Apartment is nice size and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful with several activities a week offered. Outside is pleasing to look at. Maintenance is hit or miss-could use some help. Gutters are damaged in some spots so water pours over and washes out the soil onto the sidewalk. Back parking has some rough patches that could be a tripping hazard.
