Very PEACEFUL MINDED Place
I have lived at oaks 25 years. Very convenient for shopping and restaurants.
Old complex but quiet and nice neighbors.
Horrible management that doesn't take the safety of their tenants seriously. Never answers phone, never returns calls. Crime is increasing and they don't care.
Great, quite place to live. The grounds are well maintained and is very quaint.
