Can someone help me get in there
This place is nasty bed bugs on the beds there is only 1staff member there no cameras anybody can walk in the building is old the bathrooms is nasty why haven't the health department shut it down and I know all this because my lil sister is there right now my family trying to get her out.

My mom has been in Memory Care at the Oaks for just under a year and I am so pleased with the care she has received. I am there at least once a week for several hours at a time and have observed how things run there. The people are all treated with kindness and respect and no one is put aside. They have a fabulous activities director who ensures participation and keeps things very lively. She never treats them like children or makes them feel unvalued.
