I get being in private practice to yourself, but when someone calls and asks about legal representation, and explains everything to a t, but still told not going to come in 2nd on a case to "clean up someone elses mess", what mess? nothing had been done on the case from the attorney, there is a medical issue with a potential client and now the issue with the previous attorney, so we looked to find other legal representation.
