Kind of upset how they told me in the beginning they could help me and even after I gave them every detail they still said yes and weeks later they aren't able to help me anymore. I'm upset because I got so excited and feel I wasted my time sending documents with important info on them. I
I am an attorney and I did not want the extra stress of handling my own case. This firm was then recommended to me by another attorney. The staff was prompt in responding to me and they answered all of my questions in a professional manner. They handled everything and I did not have to do anything but heal. Although I do not want to repeat the experience that brought me to this firm, I would gladly retain their services again if it was needed.
They knew I was not able to pay out of pocket the treatment and xrays I needed due to being out of work for my accident and theyget my hopes up on that they will be able to represent me and fill out all the paper work and agreement and then 2 days later amy calls me and says (oh sorry because you waited this long to get treatment that we can no longer help you...)
