This contractor started a home build across the street from my house in Philly in late 2023. While they were excavating, they did tremendous damage to both the street and my & my neighbor's curbs and sidewalks. When I approached them to fix it, they promised they'd fix it and then disappeared. When construction started back up in early spring 2024, it was a new sub-contractor who claimed to know nothing about the damage.
