Terrible place to live, terrible place to work. High turnover rates and they don’t pay people for their work. I worked for this company for 4 months & increased occupancy. Never received any commissions based on my contract. Management very inconsistent with their words, lie, smile in your face, talk behind your back. The water is going up every month and sewing. Why and the management will not talk about the water and sewer. This place is going down. This apartment needs to be cleaned top bottom.
I first inquired about an apartment to lease around March 14, 2025. Shortly after, I received an email saying that this complex had an apartment for me based on the criteria provided during my search. A leasing agent reached out the next day and I filled out an application on March 16, 2025. The same leasing agent reached out again around 0800am on March 17, 2025 to schedule "a second interview" as at this point, the application had passed the screening process.
