I really never leave bad reviews but this was such a terrible gel removal experience I was mortified. The photos are of my nails immediately after walking out the salon. The tech didn't follow standard gel removal procedure and only used a drill. I had to ask her several times to remove more of the gel because she'd stop and tell me she was done with thick layers of gel still clearly on my nails. I love how my nails turned out! They are very clean and make sure to sanitize everything. They pay attention to detail when prepping the nails. Be prepared to spend 2 hours here for intricate designs, but it is so worth it. My set was $133, that was including a $20 removal fee which will not be included the next time I go to them. I will definitely be back!

Never experienced so much racism! She told me $90 for a manicure I clearly saw as $50. She assumed I wanted super long nail which I don’t. I don’t even want regular long nails. She told me $98 for gel x and I didn’t give any details on anything. She said only one color as if I’d asked for more. My money and I will go where we’re wanted. This is clearly not that. Horrible customer liaison . Do not recommend.

Not sure why there are negative reviews. I've never had anyone pay such thorough attention to detail to my nails before. Kelly was so meticulous to make sure my design came out perfectly. Even erased and redid nails, tested out designs, and redid an entire nail worth of stonework just to make sure it met her standards. She even did a free cateye overlay for me just to make the design really pop. I'll be coming back every time.
