Cancellation policy and customer service is terrible. Found out I was pregnant so they refused services and still charged me for half my massage. If that’s policy…ok…nothing I can do. But being rude about it and not offering an alternative is crazy. If you don’t mind that, and enjoy paying double for over-designed camp tent chain massage, this is the place.
Mandy was my massage therapist and she was wonderful. She made me feel comfortable and was helpful to my soreness. The entire place was very clean and staff was helpful at the front desk as well. Only complaint I have is that the wave sounds were very loud in the massage area.
Excellent experience, although a bit short of 1.5hrs
They changed massage therapists 4X in the 7 months I went there, sometimes not informing me prior to my appointment. When I decided to stop my monthly massage contract due to the constant change in massage therapists, they said I was 2 days past a 30 day written notice and will still charge me for next month’s unwanted massage. Wondering why massage therapists leave this location so often, especially Case who was exceptional.
I will never go back to that place again. The massage area is an open bay with rooms separated by canvas walls. When people and their therapist use everyday voice levels it can be heard in the other rooms disrupting your massage. It seems that they try and mask this by using loud ocean waves and white noise machines, it does not work. I have found another place First Coast Neuromuscular Massage, only charge $60 for 60 hands on (not 50) minutes and $90 for 90 hands on minutes.
