The massage was AMAZING, vibe was so relaxing. The owner was so incredibly kind and gave me a free candle for being a loyal customer! I would 100% recommend going here.
Kate was amazing - I’m a dancer and fitness teacher and she was really great at getting all the right spots with the right amount of pressure. The atmosphere is so calm and soothing. Will definitely be coming back.
I was looking up a place that specialized in prenatal massages and this location popped up for me. I booked an appointment a few weeks ago (I was about 21 weeks pregnant at the time) and was able to get an 50 min appointment right away with Kate. She was fantastic and had the whole set up with all the pillows etc to make sure I was super comfortable. I felt like jelly after my appointment. I've had awesome experiences at The NOW in West Loop. I've gone a handful of times now and the experience has been consistent. The front desk staff is always so kind and welcoming. The vibe is impeccable, from the signature candle scent, the ocean sounds, and the natural textures throughout, I feel like I'm on vacation whenever I step through the door. My most recent massage was with Kate and she was excellent! She went above and beyond and really responded to what my body needed. Will for sure be booking with her again!
