Skip this place. Staff don’t know their own policies. Management is unresponsive to requests. Be very careful what staff tell you as they don’t know what they are talking about. The inside is spartan at best. Cold. Cold. They give you blankets to offset the cold. I asked for the license number in the invoice and was told that is not possible. Very suspect. Bought myself a membership for Christmas. Went in December and was thrilled with my experience. Unfortunately, before my January massage, I got stomach bug the night before. I tried calling all morning to give them a heads up that I would have to cancel my 9 AM appointment, but no one answered the phone.
