Went for the first time last month and loved it so much, I purchased the membership. Just went for the 3rd time today! Environment is very calming and the women at the front desk are always so welcoming and attentive. It’s very dimly lit and the tables are warm. The ocean sounds are amazing. Because I’m newer - and still trying to find the right massage therapist - I’ve worked with 3 different people. While they’ve all been unique in their own ways, I’ve left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated!
(Edited: I have since been back and have had an amazing experience both times!) The space is beautiful and very calming, I felt very taken care of from start to finish. The two people at the front desk were so kind and welcoming when I arrived, and even when it got very busy between sessions they were efficient at checking people in and out. I had a really disappointing experience here. When I called ahead to ask about an introductory rate for first-time clients, I was told I could receive the member rate. However, after my massage, the front desk staff insisted that they “never do that” and made me feel like I had made the whole thing up. Being confronted like that immediately after a service was uncomfortable and honestly upsetting. On top of that, the massage itself was very mediocre. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shawna gave me an incredible 80‑minute deep tissue massage. From the very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable and truly listened so she could identify my problem areas. I was really impressed by how intuitive and thorough she was—her attention to detail made all the difference. I feel so much better afterward, both physically and mentally. Thank you, Shawna, for welcoming me so warmly my first time and for providing such thoughtful, effective care. I’m so grateful and highly recommend her!
