Great building that offers convenience and great amenities. The concierge/ security team are exceptional. When a vendor was acting questionably Neil recognized it before I had any idea what was going on. Thank you for keeping us and the building safe.
I’ve really enjoyed living at The Novus since moving in. The amenities here are top-notch—the pools, pickleball court, workout facilities, and co-working space make it easy to balance relaxation, fitness, and productivity all in one place. Our condo has great natural light, and we’ve loved getting to know our new neighbors who have been so welcoming. The entire team make the community even better.
