The people that work here have always been friendly and helpful. Today we had Jenna helping us out. She was very helpful and fun to talk to. I have a lot of respect for the staff, I’ve seen them have to deal with a lot of crazy situations and they still maintain that positive energy. (The decor was fun too!)

I come here cause it's closest to me but called today to ask if I could get the birthday special (30% off) and when I can use it. My birthday is tomorrow and I was told the 7 days PRIOR to the birthday is the acceptable window to receive the discount. When I confirmed with whoever I spoke to on the phone (Malachi) I was told I could receive it if I came in today. When I went in I was then told it's the 7 days FOLLOWING the birthday. So thank you for calling me. But I decided after thinking about what happened. I rather go now where I originally received my card, before I started going to your store. There is a difference between people who have medical conditions that use cannabis products, and those who don't have medical conditions that use cannabis products. This is the only shop I go to anymore. They have a great selection. The staff is amazing and the vibe in the store is always super chill. I have to give a big shout out to Brandon at the store. He was the first employee that I met at the store and was absolutely amazing. My continued experiences with him are the main reason I will remain a loyal NT customer. We love this place. But this store doesn't carry enough Indica Flower. This store has lots of Sativa but not Indica. Im medical card holder. We wish we didn't have to go to other stores for Indica. The employees are educated, so helpful, we love them.
