They sold several cartridges of inferior quality, asked me to bring in the defective cartridges to replace & then told me they can't take back after two weeks 😫 They could have saved me a long drive by being honest upfront. Then the clowns at the store offered to make up as a courtesy, additional discount if I bought new cartridges & then reneged on the offer - can you believe it? Cozy shop with good prices and plenty of options. Also their loyalty system is better than most. Stopped in for a quick joint, will stop here again 👍
Stopped at this shop for the first time today. Service was very friendly and quick. I took my mom who had questions about CBD drops for pets; the bud tender was very patient and helpful. I asked for some pre-roll recommendations and there was a 5 for 20 deal on some pretty good stuff. We'll definitely come back :)
The people that work here have always been friendly and helpful. Today we had Jenna helping us out. She was very helpful and fun to talk to. I have a lot of respect for the staff, I’ve seen them have to deal with a lot of crazy situations and they still maintain that positive energy. (The decor was fun too!)
This is the only shop I go to anymore. They have a great selection. The staff is amazing and the vibe in the store is always super chill. I have to give a big shout out to Brandon at the store. He was the first employee that I met at the store and was absolutely amazing. My continued experiences with him are the main reason I will remain a loyal NT customer.
