The people that work here have always been friendly and helpful. Today we had Jenna helping us out. She was very helpful and fun to talk to. I have a lot of respect for the staff, I’ve seen them have to deal with a lot of crazy situations and they still maintain that positive energy. (The decor was fun too!)

So thank you for calling me. But I decided after thinking about what happened. I rather go now where I originally received my card, before I started going to your store. There is a difference between people who have medical conditions that use cannabis products, and those who don't have medical conditions that use cannabis products. This is the only shop I go to anymore. They have a great selection. The staff is amazing and the vibe in the store is always super chill. I have to give a big shout out to Brandon at the store. He was the first employee that I met at the store and was absolutely amazing. My continued experiences with him are the main reason I will remain a loyal NT customer. I come here cause it's closest to me but called today to ask if I could get the birthday special (30% off) and when I can use it. My birthday is tomorrow and I was told the 7 days PRIOR to the birthday is the acceptable window to receive the discount. When I confirmed with whoever I spoke to on the phone (Malachi) I was told I could receive it if I came in today. When I went in I was then told it's the 7 days FOLLOWING the birthday. Would go anywhere but here if you actually enjoy buying from shops, worst customer service and way over priced when you can go to almost any other shop and get it cheaper. Used to love the shop when it was the original staff. Last two times ive been in ive had easily the worst experience ive had with a bud tender or a manager at a shop in general, all over trying to understand their way of giving medical discounts because its different from any other shop i go to regularly.
