Professional and knowledgeable
Great spacious apartments so much storage space, and the high ceilings make it feel extremely roomy. I have lived at The Nouvelle now for 18 months, but unfortunatelyI have to move due to Corona 19. The building managers Ron and Heather has always and friendly and always have been happy to help when I have locked my keys inside the unit, I will miss living here and the friendly neighbors in the unit that will always say hello when crossingpaths.
The owner / property manager is rude to people on the phone and goes out of her way to create difficulty for people if she gets a chance.
Lived here for 5 years. Big bright airy interiors. Much more generous n size compared to the newer blocks. Convenient to everything too. Sad to go but had to move interstate
We have stayed here and find the premise very tidy, there's great parking and its in walking distance to many great eateries - love it.
