I really loved this course. I learned a lot about the carnivore diet backed up by great information and science. Kym was very supportive, helpful and held me accountable. I lost 10kg and feel so much better when doing the carnivore way of eating. My skin is clearer, no more brain fog, no headaches, no aches in my knees or back, no more parts and more things that I probably forgot. If you want to try the carnivore life style this is a great course to get you into it. Thanks Kym and I will be joining the May course too.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge and support. While I haven’t always made the best food choices, being in this challenge has absolutely change my outlook on how to build a happier and healthier life and self.
