You Know this company has my money owed to me from the city of Ocala fire fee I have lived in Ocala fl for more 20 years there should be no reason why a 93 year old lady like myself who could really use this money for some of my medical bills I tried sending letter to this company and completely get ignored I really wish this company would give me my money that is mine not right to with hold this money from an elderly person
I have a fire fee money coming from this company and never received it tried to call to see where the ocala fire fee was they don't answer their phones I left voice mails and emails to see where my check was and still haven't got it yet very un professional attorneys office they should get back with people who send them messages or phone messages they probably won't see this review that they deserve that iam writing
Doesn't answer their phone. Claims department doesn't respond to emails. Admin just sends a regurgitated form letter over and over. This company was contacted by a local Florida TV station in regards to all of the above and stonewalled them too. I wouldn't be terribly surprised to discover the owner of this company and some functionary in the Ocala, FL municipal government are cronies.
