Rude, arrogant, and unprofessional.
Unfortunately I've had to privilege of experiencing several reentry centers throughout my life. The Northwest regional Reentry Center is by far the most unprofessional center I have seen. They are hypocritical, biased, judgmental, at times even threatening and intimidating. The staff here believe that just because they are in a position of power that what they say at any given time is policy and procedure despite it being against center rules. I wanted everyone to know how important and integral the NWRRC has been to my life and my future. I am very blessed and fortunate to be able to part of their program they afforded me. My life was headed in a another less than positive direction until I landed there. I can't begin to thank all the Case Managers, Staff, Security and fellow folks I had the pleasure of knowing and being surrounded with there. Life can be very challenging at times.
