Decent service. Prices are reasonably, though vary with service. Staff is helpful and friendly. But getting an appointment can be hard.

I am not one to usually write a bad review but my experience while at the salon and after was bad enough. I came here after a failed dye removal and an at home bleach that didnt exactly come out the way I wanted it to. My hair was not breaking off at this point and was still fine. I booked an appt here and had to have two stylists say no to doing my hair and borderline humiliate me until someone said they could help. she then proceeded to bleach what had already been bleached the day before and said it would be fine and that... read more

I'm thrilled to share my experience at The Northshore Salon! The staff and stylists are absolutely amazing. My wife and I were blown away by their talent and professionalism. We've decided that we won't be getting our hair done anywhere else from now on. The salon's welcoming and cozy environment makes every visit a delightful experience. If you're looking for the best stylists in Chicago, you absolutely need to give The Northshore Salon a try. Trust me, you won't be disappointed! We love Linda!

GREAT service. Natasha does a phenomenal manicure and Julie is the only hair stylist I’d go to!
