Service was exceptional for the wedding I attended. Location top notch. Food amazing. 10/10 would recommend.
The rooms are amazing. We had dinner and the service was not good and the food was over cooked. Chicken fingers could have broke a tooth
It’s 1am and they have music blasting. Respect local neighbours. My kids have woken up several times due to this. I have called the hotel in the past about this! Anything past 11pm is unacceptable to have music and bass so loud it shakes houses around the lake.
This review is for Charlie and his team, outstanding service, day after day. When we asked for some towels to wipe down the chairs outside from the rain, Charlie was outside in less than a minute doing it without us knowing. When asked for directions he always took us there in person. You rarely find people who set the service standard that high consistently. What a great experience. Thank you
