Staff is ridiculously rude and non attending. Not at all considering that people visiting are patients and need bit more care and assurance. Pathetic experience. Long hours of waiting in pain with such cold shoulders
Visited Northern Emergency with our 2.5 year-old for a barking cough and breathing distress today. The care was amazing! Triage nurse Anupa quickly identified it as croup, and we were seen straight away by a paediatric nurse and doctor. Both were fantastic, our little one is now stable
Shocking 😲 Terrible
Rude staff, super loooong wait. They may not do medical tests but they will test your patience.
