This place is an absolute disaster! Do not fall for the lies that they tell. My wife and I are selling a house and wanted to apply to move in here. Carson told us that they needed to collect $350 upfront if we wanted to take advantage of the deal they were offering. I specifically said that we can’t do this because we cannot predict when or if our house will even sell. He assured us that as long as we didn’t sign a lease that our fees would be refunded. Northern at CDA Place is a great rental community! The grounds are kept clean and nice! The staff is helpful and friendly! They are quick to respond to questions or concerns! Great apartment amenities! Overall a fantastic place to live!
Horrible management. Exposed wires on sidewalk lights, no attention to service requests we made a year ago. Taking advantage of the residents and making is as hard as possible to live there. Management assured me I could use the online payment option before I left town only to find out I still am unable to use it and am now being charged late fees and threatened to be evicted because of their communication. Don’t ever rent here. They need new management.

I love this place! I feel safe and secure, love the layout of my furnished apartment, happy to have retail on site, management is great! I am so happy to be a resident here!
