If you’re looking for a dependable, good quality, place to live, do not consider renting here. Not only do they treat their tenants like cash grabs and not people. They are constantly going back on their word in attempt to get the most money they can from you. For apartments that are low quality at best. If you care about your time, your money, and most importantly, your sanity do not rent here.
The residents that live at this complex are constantly coming over to park on the PRIVATE road meant for residents of the Rockwood Lodge which affects us very negatively. Ironically the landlords at the Northern love to cop an attitude over parking spots (especially the pretentious dude with the curly hair) and are constantly threatening to tow people. You have like 20 spots designated for “potential renters” how about opening some of those up for your residents and their guests so they can stop parking in spots meant for me... read more
Carson was one of the best tours I had when searching for a place, very knowledgeable. He listened to what I was looking for and made me realize the Northern was the perfect fit. Mia is so sweet! She’s very involved as a property manager and the maintenance team is ON IT 🔥 Matt and Tony I believe ? i’ve lived at the northern for almost 3 years, and renewed my lease 3 times. i am counting down the days until this lease is over. throughout the whole time i’ve lived here i’ve had issues with the front desk, online payments, and management. the northern refuses to take any fault for payments that don’t go through due to their payment app. if a payment bounces, they don’t let you know, they just block your account from being able to pay your rent and give you a 3 day eviction notice or pay with a cashiers check every month.... read more
