They trick you on paying so much other stuff that we don't even use. So you rent may say this but it will be another 500 more ever rent
Extremely horrible parking ever since they changed who gets what spot. If you want to walk a mile to your overpriced box this is the place for you
Horrible experience and really bad management. I lived here from December 2024 to February 2026 in Unit C102. The property is managed by Avenue5 Residential and Greystar. At move-in, a staff member told me not to fill out the move-in condition form and said maintenance would take care of pre-existing issues. Maintenance never came. This means there is no documented record of what the unit looked like when I moved in. At move-out, the front desk confirmed I had no balance and owed nothing as long as I cleaned the unit.
