i’ve lived at the northern for almost 3 years, and renewed my lease 3 times. i am counting down the days until this lease is over. throughout the whole time i’ve lived here i’ve had issues with the front desk, online payments, and management. the northern refuses to take any fault for payments that don’t go through due to their payment app. if a payment bounces, they don’t let you know, they just block your account from being able to pay your rent and give you a 3 day eviction notice or pay with a cashiers check every month.... read more
The man who met us at the door and conducted our tour (Carson I believe?) was AMAZING! Even before I saw the apartments my wife and I were there to tour, his attitude, demeanor, and overall approachability made me want to apply to live there. He was very professional, let us ask questions, and worked with us to make sure our transition was as smooth as possible. 100% would recommend this place to other people.
I want to recognize Carson and Ethan for their outstanding work on helping me become a resident this fall. I really appreciated their quality attitudes and ability to problem solve and get things arranged with many moving pieces! Their efforts had a significant positive impact on making my transition to the area smooth and decreased as much stress as they could as well as answered any follow up questions I have had. It is a great space, thank you so much!
Been a resident for five years. Typically I go unbothered. Management is great, neighbors are great, maintenance is excellent. It has mostly ups for a community with numbers, but the downs are simple things that a generation needs practice in. Otherwise overall great.
In case you’re missing your entire pack of cigarettes it’s in the dog run. Super nice spot to leave it.
