Purchased Champshire FZ on 12/29 as a birthday gift for a family member given on January 2nd. Came to the store to exchange it for a larger size and was told by Emily it couldn’t be exchanged because the jacket was no longer on sale and we needed to pay the difference. Since when can’t you bring a purchase back to a store to exchange to for the correct size. That’s bad business practices! The worst part about it was the store manager “Emily” could have cared less about our concerns!

I wanted to give a BIG shout out to NorthFace in Rochester for helping my choose winter coat!!! This week I had to walk to work at the Hospital here in Chernivtsi, Ukraine in -20 C/ -4 F (with the wind chill -17 F). I debated for a long time whether it was a “need” for such a warm coat!!! Now I am so glad that I did!!!! Thank You Sean and Ashley for always being patient with me as I make these decisions!!!! I look forward to talking to you when I come back.

Although they did’nt have the colorful mountain hoodie that I saw online WINTER sale, my son, Matt, is bringing home another colorful full-zippered hoodie from Green Bay 😚 I did buy a heavier Urban Explore coat that will suit me well☺️ Great location for access from Syracuse 😉
