RecommendedService was excellent. It’s Christmas Eve and they had all the sizes and product that I needed.
Bought a North face thermoball jacket had it 2 yrs and all the thread from the stiching is coming unravelled. Coat snags and rips. Cheaply made not worth the money.
I tried to go today to exchange a jacket and got there at 4:10 to find out the store closed at 4:00 due to "weather concerns" when the weather wasn't even bad and every other store in Ann Arbor, including the same plaza was open. There was absolutely no reason to be closed and I am furious. Will never go back to that store. If every other store closed I would understand, but the were all OPEN and north face is a store meant for weather so it makes no sense. Thanks a lot......
This was the first time I bought anything from NF and also my first time entering a NF store. Upon entering the store in Ann Arbor, Michigan; I was never badgered nor talked into buying anything. Once I seek help on my own terms,the store clerk was very helpful and sweet. I definitely would go back and considering, perhaps buying another pair of shoes in the near future. Thank you for your professionalism and great customer service!

Why is it so hard to find a store that carries a Thermoball ladies jacket in a 2X. Even Northface dot com is even out of them.........They are on eBay so I know you make them. No one carries them. Or do these jackets run small so everyone buys the next size up or are these jackets only for the perfect size people?
