Employees are there because they have to work so they can pay their bills. Overpriced and horrible services. Price for the summit series futurefleece was $260 so I returned it and bought it for $119.
They are owned by Vail resorts, so you can’t use your Northface rewards here. They do, however, have co-branded merchandise. I bought a heavenly shirt from Northface. Pretty cool. They also have small travel duffel bags that I’ve never found anywhere else.
Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Customer Service I had a terrible experience with the Lake Tahoe store’s exchange policy and customer service. I purchased a ski jacket for $600, but after just a couple of slopes, I realized it was too big. Since I live hours away, I called the store to explain the situation, knowing I had a 30-day exchange window, and would be there before then.
