Some of the best customer service I have ever had. They shipped my purchase back to Iowa for me so I didn’t have to pack it in my suit case. This week I received a hand written letter from Jackson at the store. Wow! An actual handwritten letter, that is top notch! I will definitely be back!
Great store with awesome selection. I needed help with a return and Ty went above and beyond to help. He noticed I had a newborn with me and wrote a really nice letter saying congratulations. Unbelievable customer service! Will be back many times

We felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who managed the store on May 17, 2026, but he was a customer service KING. He gave us all the store details, offered us beverages, AND gave my daughter a place to color while I shopped. Not only that, the dress I ended up buying was perfect. I appreciate The Normal Brand having 100% cotton options :) I'll be back!
