First time checking out this store. Liked the selection of apparel they had for men and women. Miles, store rep, helped me pick something out that was super comfortable!
Great customer service and phenomenal materials!
My wife purchased a shirt and had to exchange it for a different size that wasn’t in stock. The employee said they could ship it to our house and we haven’t received it yet, and it’s been about 3 weeks. When she called to ask about the status, the employee was unhelpful and said the store was too busy to look into the status of the shipment. The employees at this store used to be helpful when it first opened, but it seems like things have changed.
Nothing better than walking in on a Saturday at 4:58 pm and have a sales person literally sitting on the counter reading his phone… wait I didn’t walk in because the man was sitting on the counter reading his phone.
1st time in the store. Leo was extremely knowledgeable, very polite and helpful. Need a location in Fort Worth Texas 😉
