I was stuck at a dead end. Work truck (brand new 2024 with 17k miles) was broken down. I fought with the dealership for weeks on end and then someone told me to call drew. To date it has been nothing but a pleasure. He immediately jumped on my case, got all of the facts and filed suit against the manufacturer. I finally had someone on my side. Not the BBB that they say is independent but is paid by the manufacturer. Finally someone going to bat for me. Thanks again for great service and a perfect outcome
