Nord has apartments for clients in LMHA Lakeview Plaza. The clients sign their monthly checks over to El Centro where their “payee” is supposed to bring them money for their needs, such as toiletries, hygiene products etc. These clients were told that they would have mental health professionals assigned to each client and help taking meds, showering, and other help such as support groups and assistance with disabilities.
