This was supposed to be a luxury condo purchase and turned in to a nightmare. Smith and Associates have zero communication skills and the sales team was inept on simple questions. We have been promised walk throughs, timely updates and now the project is over 5 months delayed with minimal notification. They have handled this luxury condo transaction like a joke, I hope the building is solid because the builder and the marketing team are not. Beware that if you buy you will be ignored, lied to and talked down.
