I needed a place to train for a strongman competition and the noke was recommended to me and I’m so glad! Lacey was so welcoming and I could tell she loves the gym! Large verity of equipment for strongman, CrossFit workouts, lifting or whatever you want. Definitely recommend!
I have been going here for a little over a year now. I love this place. Everyone is friendly but minds their own buisness as well. The owners are wonderful and always helpful. 10/10
