Participated in the endurance class at 7:30 this morning, it was a great workout! The owner is so welcoming as well as encouraging during the entire class. The gym was also so clean! Will definitely be back, thanks for a good time!
Phenomenal gym culture here. The people are all incredibly friendly. They have every kind of equipment that a person would need for any different type of fitness goal. The gym is clean and I’ve never seen it crowded. Having 24 hour access eliminates any possible excuse to come train. I’ve owned and operated several gyms, as well as have traveled all over the US and Canada visiting different gym facilities and The Noke is top notch.
Awesome Gym, awesome people, and you wont find a better gym for heavy lifting.
