Advertised as a psychiatrist, but they took 5 days to get back to me on whether I’d be “accepted” as a patient. Turns out I was denied, with no explanation. Front office staff could not tell me was the criteria for service.
You can cause a mental health crisis by having patients listen to an hour long message before being able to leave a message or speak to someone!
