I got a haircut here, I called ahead to ensure they knew how to cut curly hair. The girl destroyed my hair and she did not listen to my requests. She didn’t add layers and didn’t factor in shrinkage for curly hair. I went in looking like Moana and left looking like Lord Farquaad 😐
If you don't cancel within 24 hours, they charge your card for the full service. But if one of their own calls out sick, you get a text the day of cancelling your appointment. Any other salon I have been to would have squeezed me in (a simple haircut) with someone else. I live 2 hours away and dedicated most of my day to attending this appointment, which was made weeks ago. Never again.

I have been coming here every 4 weeks since moving to the area in 2019. I look forward to every appointment!! Aaron has exceeded my expectations every time. I love that I can walk in knowing my hair will look great no matter what we decide to do with it. The entire staff is super friendly. I highly recommend the Noble Root Salon! You will not be disappointed:)
