Worst apartment! Very unhappy . It’s plenty of roaches in the kitchen . I pay for gated parking which is broken. There’s trash going down the hallways . Smells like dog piss and poop in each hallway. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I moved in. I put in plenty request about these problems and nothing seems to happen. This place is very unhealthy to live in as a college student . The people in the leasing office only worry’s about parking and towing and not the tenants
The new manager Theo in addition to helping me with my problems did not make me feel like and inconvenience like the previous manager did.
I am reaching out to any residents who would like to share there experiences here at the Nines.Especially if you are having difficulties with getting anyone to get anything done when you put in work orders or if you have work order mysteriously disappear off of the app. Please contact me if you have had issues with the paid secured parking area that has not been secured since July. The maintenance people usually seem nice, but it took me months to get the lock on my apartment door fixed, which I find ridiculous and unsafe. There is nowhere legal to park other than the overpriced lots that are not big enough for all residents. Even if you do buy a spot, the gated lot doesn't always open, and if you're in the ungated lot, people steal your spot and you have to wait up to an hour for them to get towed.
