I recently helped a friend move out of their apartment, and I want to sincerely thank Oscar at the front desk for going above and beyond. Even though he was close to the end of his shift, he remained patient and kind, and generously gave his time to help me carry items all the way to the garage. My apartment flooded twice in TWO WEEKS (photos attached). They didn’t help me get up the water, didn’t provide supplies, denied it was rain flood water that came into my apartment, and I also got yelled at by the Manager Celia when I tried to explain the water was coming through a wall I share with a PUBLIC BATHROOM. When they charge you fake fees for damages just go to your local courthouse or get a consultation from a lawyer to get it removed. DO NOT PAY IT. They do it every year, its automated at this point and so are their fake response bots.

I have been billed for an unjust charge for damages allegedly caused in the common area of my previous apartment.I did not cause any damages to the common area, and this billing is completely erroneous. I was directed by staff after showing up in person to reach out to Shadiva Martin, the assistant community manager.
