The amenities, the surrounding area, and rate of living are great and the only reason why I didn’t give this apartment 1 star. However, there are so many issues and difficulties that come with staying here. The elevators break almost every week, if not only 1, both of them are down. For someone who lives on the 6th floor, walking up 9 flights up steps from the parking garage frequently is very frustrating. The amenities at the nine have been excellent and a huge plus-the gym!!! We renewed it without any second thoughts! Definitely recommended to everyone...
Amazing space with all amenities..close to grocery and university..perfect for students.
Great place to live. Comes with everything and it’s pretty cheap for the area!
