Living at The Nine at College Park has honestly been such a great experience. The building is modern, clean, and has everything you need right on site. The amenities are a huge plus — the gym is always in good shape, the study rooms are actually quiet and useful, and the lounge spaces make it easy to hang out or get work done. My apartment has been super comfortable, and maintenance has always been quick and helpful anytime I’ve needed something. My student continues to report someone comes in the room when they are not there .
Staff loves to leave early. Hours are until 7pm weekdays. Always gone by at least 5pm. Any good review is a fake review. You can tell by how vague and short they are. i am 100% sure no one will give The Nine a five star review ever. Ask anyone. This place is last resort compared to other buildings. Place is ordinary as any other place. I think that’s the best this place has to offer. Very hard to think any positives this place offers. Also pretty dirty.
