Doesnt even send any info, but would put extra charges in hundreds of dollars for alleged damages, had the same thing happen to others i know who lived there, defenitely wouldnt recommend

Terrrrrible apartments, consider a house off campus for a better maintained condition for living.
The management are LIARS. They scam you of all your money and are awful and unresponsive. They charge you hundreds of dollars of non-existent damages and then never respond when you question them. They suck and so does this apartment, never live here.
If you are thinking about living here as a UMD student, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. The fire alarm goes off constantly in the middle of the night, and in the early mornings often lasting over 20-30 minutes. The hallways wreak of weed and smoke, and i’ve seen multiple people smoking in the stairwell. The elevator near the south side is always broken, and there seems to be no efforts to fix it. I also have gotten suspicious charges on my account with no explanation to where they are from.
