I’ve been using the Niles Agency since 1995 and my parents used them since the late ‘50s. I had a bad flood from a burst pipe and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Great people and wonderful service. Highly recommended.

I have been a client of this agency for quite some time. I have recently had to cancel my car insurance policy obtained through this agency due to a lack of response as to why my policy was increased substantially twice in one month. I never received an explanation even after speaking with multiple people over a couple of weeks who indicated they would get back to me. Upon calling to cancel my policy, I was not even asked why. It didn’t seem to be much of a concern for the agency. Upsetting.
