Would give -5 if I could! Terrible experience for tooth extraction. Under conscious sedation the dentist yanked and tugged and pulled at my tooth whilst trying to extract it! He was also pressing his other hand forcefully on my cheek ( which was unnecessary) causing even more pain. The pain was immense and consent. The machine was not set up properly for me to inhale! Terrible
What a wonderful team. They made me feel carm and at ease during the process. The aftercare was fantastic, and they made me laugh and smile even after having my tooth removed. I can genuinely say that if I need any other teeth out, I'd be excited to visit the team. They were that good. Well done, and thank you. I am very grateful.
I waited more than 40 minutes to be seen for my appointment because their outdated computer system failed to inform the dentists that I had arrived. I sat in the waiting room while others who had just arrived were seen. The two dentists who performed my treatment were exceptional and apologetic for the wait. Very professional and I was not sat in the dentist chair for long. They took care of my teeth and were adaptive to my needs.
