Dentist are nice but receptionist are not very helpful and even make us wait 45 mins and forgot to put my Son's name in the list. And dont even apologise to make us wait for 45 - 50 mins because of her laziness
I got my braces done by Claire in 2015, she is amazing and always welcomed me in with the biggest smile. She made me feel comfortable at all times. Today I remembered her and wanted to share my feedback about her. My experience has always been so smooth apart from a receptionist who was South East Asian, long black hair and was so rude to me, no manners. I had a very broken and painful tooth out under sedation yesterday 11/07/25. The team could not have been better, every single person, from the anaesthetist, the dentist, the nurses, the receptionists -wonderful. As a really nervous patient they put me at my ease, explaining everything to me and before I knew it, it was done and I was out in recovery. It's just a shame that they are a specialist clinic or I would go there for all my dental work. A huge thank you to everyone
I had my teeth fixed in a year and 7 months the staff are really polite and I advice to come here!!! Highly recommend :)
