I hired Mr Nieto to represent my son in a domestic violence case against some conflict of interest on the part of his soon to be ex wife and had paid 12k so far and has had 4 meetings with him his caseworker at Bcdc has said that he hasn't attempted to contact him via video conference but 1 time just had court this morning and he was in Grant's yesterday but came down with Covid so appeared via zoom with Judge so have very little confidence in his abilities because of lack of communication between he and my son his "client" ... read more
