She overcharged me for the application for the lease of a house. On top of that, her work was completely unprofessional. She charged us $75 per adult, and she would not answer calls and emails as fast as she should for the price she was charging. At times we would just be ignored. She wasted a whole week of my time just to get me denied. She could have told me that in a day or two. She really put me in a real bad situation because of the time she made me waste. Horrible experience.
