Started working with Rusty Gibbs over a year and a half ago to try and find a new location for my small retail store in Charlotte, North Carolina . Through his patience and dedication , we were able the perfect location, and space for my niche business in the heart of a thriving community. I worked with Rusty Jacobs on a residential real estate transaction. I think it's fair to say that the deal might not have closed if Rusty had not been involved. We ran into some unexpected and time-consuming issues regarding access to the property, but the situation ended up playing to Rusty's strengths. He remained patient, calm, and professional throughout the transaction and ultimately negotiated a resolution that allowed the sale to close while also remaining attentive to the needs of his buyer client.
