Working with Mark has been amazing. What an asset to your firm.
Avoid this place for all your accounting needs. Cody was my accountant but he was always to busy to return my calls. Very unknowledgeable and arrogant. When you hire an accountant they should always be in your corner but Nichols doesn't seem to care about customer service. Very disappointed with the service here. I will be taking my business somewhere else.
If your a new business and needing help from an accountant do everything you can to avoid this place. These people don’t care about their customers or customer service. Cody was my accountant every time I would call the office they would say he would call me back 4 weeks later still no response after we’ve called and left voicemails.
