I’m moving in next week, and Rachel has been incredibly helpful throughout the leasing process. She’s answered all my questions and has been very accommodating I’ve toured three times (twice before signing and once after to take measurements). The community is gorgeous, with plenty of great restaurants and shops in and around the building. I’m so excited to move in!
Well kind of disappointed! I had a 1pm tour scheduled today at 1pm. I tried calling the leasing office five times. I could see a man sitting in the office but wouldn’t answer or let me in.
I’m moving here in about a week and Rachel has been so helpful throughout the leasing process. The community is absolutely beautiful and there are some great restaurant/retail options below and around the building. So excited to live here!

Not what I thought. Took a video to share a Saturday in the building. Dog poop on the floor, walls covered in marks and cracks. In one area looked like blood and dog poop smeared on the wall, Exit sign falling from the ceiling. They keep the floor temperature very low 62. So glad I am paying a fortune to live in filth. NYE fire alarm- was told by firefighter it was from smoking in the building. Management does nothing but shrug the shoulders. Watch the video before choosing to move here.
