They’ve converted most of the parking lot to pay to reserved parking, half of which sit empty, and now there is insufficient, unreserved parking, and I have to park outside of my own apartment complex. Also, all of the knobs are falling off of everything because they’ve just slapped the cheapest things onto The fixtures here. And there are cockroaches.
Marlene, Abby, Francisco & the porter are amazing. It’s a nice, quiet complex. I’ve truly enjoyed living here the past year. Even the valet trash guys are amazing! The only reason why I will not give 5 stars is because the complex feels like a car shop rather than home. There are two specific residents who constantly have random people in and out while fixing their vehicles. They seem to run their business onsite as they are never gone from 8-6 during the weekdays. I had such a great experience living here! The staff here are so nice and helpful. They always made sure everything was taken care of and were easy to talk to. Highly recommend these apartments!
Scheduled a tour for 1pm today and when I arrived, there was a closed sign on the leasing office door with a return time of what looks like 1:17pm. I waited for 27 minutes until 1:27pm and no one showed up. I guess y’all aren’t too interested in having new tenants at The Niche? 🤷🏻♂️
Decent apartments. Ours had a ton of maintenance issues that needed to be fixed right when we moved in, despite being empty for over a month before we arrived. Maintenance was very helpful. Front staff are nice. The pool has been “broken” for 2 months with absolutely no word except they hoped to open it on the 4th of July (which did not happen). Not sure where all my grounds keeping fees are going.
