I’ve lived here since the building opened. I was one of the first residents. I had issues with my door since the first week here. Other than that and the issue I’m currently having it’s been fair here! I love the community! Currently, It’s been a month I still have untreated mold! I still have to keep my front door unlocked! My toddler is leaving out my front door. My teenage son has Asthma and is now breaking out in rashes. I’m suffering from migraines and allergies due to the Mold. Not Rating place .i googled. this location thats where the Jefferson hospital use to be then building was abandoned and torn down then later had 5guys and a mattress place years ago as well.
One lady in the leasing office she is so rude and not Profesional at all. I was having a few questions to asked her she hang up on my face and didn't let me talk she just want to finished the call.

If you want to live with noise from the person above you, especially when 310 comes available, don't do it. 410 is disrespectful with noise, will make it all day,every day. And the rental office will not gaf.
