Not Rating place .i googled. this location thats where the Jefferson hospital use to be then building was abandoned and torn down then later had 5guys and a mattress place years ago as well.

If you want to live with noise from the person above you, especially when 310 comes available, don't do it. 410 is disrespectful with noise, will make it all day,every day. And the rental office will not gaf.
I’ve been made aware that if you’re not Ethnic enough your application for affordable housing is passed over. Much like how job resumes are passed over when the applicants name is too Ethnic.
